ELECTRIC COW BRUSH
Cosy Titan
The powerful cow brush with a longer brush and a heavier gearbox. Improves the welfare of your cows.
The technology

Longer brush, bristles that keep their resilience.
The Cosy Titan has a longer brush than the Cosy Cow, made of high-quality nylon deliberately chosen over cheaper alternatives: bristles that keep their shape after thousands of brushing sessions. The nylon bristles are also longer at the sides of the brush, so the brush follows the shape of the cow and reaches every corner.
What you notice
The brush stays as effective as on day one.
How the flow-start system works
Starts on movement
As soon as the cow pushes against the brush, the PCB registers the tilt. The motor starts immediately, without a button or timer.
Installation? Simple.
Mount on:
It does not matter where the Cosy Titan is attached: brick, concrete, an I-beam, or a steel post — as long as the underlying structure is sturdy enough, the cow brush can be mounted anywhere. To walls using wall anchors or expansion bolts, to posts with bolts and nuts or U-brackets. Thanks to our modular design, installation is also simple, requiring no specialized tools or technical knowledge.
Due to the wide variety of mounting options, the wall or post mounting hardware is not included as standard, but the design fully accounts for this. The required materials are commonly available everywhere.
Placement and group size
Where the brush is located determines how often it is used.
A few practical principles apply to the placement: Preferably choose a junction (1) or end wall (2) in the barn: there is usually sufficient space here without the brush blocking the walkway. Do not place the brush in a dead-end corner (3), so that a cow can always move away from a dominant animal. Additionally, ensure there is enough space for other cows to pass the brushing cow; how much space is exactly required depends on the size of the cows in the herd. A Comfy dealer or barn builder will be happy to assist you in planning the layout of the barn.
Animal welfare is paramount

Less mastitis, more milk.
A study by Cornell University tracked four comparable groups of cows on an American dairy farm for six months, both with and without a mechanical cow brush. In second-lactation cows, daily milk production increased by approximately 3.5%. The incidence of clinical mastitis (udder infection) decreased by 34% in second and later lactations. From the moment the brushes were active, the cows used them intensively. What you will notice Healthier cows, fewer cases of mastitis, and a measurable increase in milk production in a portion of the herd.
